Reporting a calculation issue
Tell us whether you used Forex, Crypto or Deriv, the selected instrument and account currency. Include the inputs and result needed to reproduce the issue, or a screenshot with personal information removed.
Never send passwords, API secrets, payment-card details or recovery phrases.
A market price is not loading
Check your connection and selected instrument. Public quotes may be unavailable or delayed. Refresh where the app provides that control, or enter your intended price manually. Confirm the price against your broker or exchange before using the result.
A result differs from your trading platform
Compare instrument name, contract size, tick or pip value, account currency, permitted lot increments and price inputs. Costs and rounding can also explain differences. Include those details when contacting support.
Purchase or restore help
Use Restore purchases on the Premium screen with the same store account used for purchase. Manage or cancel renewal in the relevant Apple or Google subscription settings. If access still differs from your store subscription status, contact support with the platform, app version and error message.
